What is a DVD Greeting Card?
It is your traditional greeting card with a miniDVD attached in
a vinyl sleeve. The miniDVD has a professionally edited
"Hollywood-style" movie produced from your photos and video
footage. The movie has background music, classy transitions,
professional edits, animation, and other creative touches.

I'm nervous
about sending my photos and video tapes. Do you take care of
them?
Good question! We are meticulous about the care we take when
handling your memories! We have been doing this since 2004 and
have NEVER had a problem. When you send your materials, make
sure you package them well with lots of padding and use a mail
service so you can track your package.

What is the card like?
It is 5.5 x 4.25 card. The front of the card will have a color
design and a photograph from your materials. There will be a
short greeting on the front or inside top of the card. Also on
the inside top is a longer greeting that you specify. The bottom
inside of the card will have a vinyl sleeve with your miniDVD
attached. This sleeve will help protect the miniDVD when the
card is mailed.

What kind of paper is the card printed on?
We print the cards on 80lb. glossy card paper. The inside is a
matte finish. Matte paper is also available.

What about envelopes?
Envelopes are included in the price. You can choose envelope
printing and we'll print your return address, or we can print
the return and "to" address. For more information, see the

features page. We'll save you valuable time!

THE MOVIE ON miniDVD |

What is a miniDVD?
A miniDVD is a smaller version of a regular DVD. Your miniDVD
will play in your regular DVD player as well as your computer.
We have done our research and we use the highest quality DVD-R
media on the market. This is an area where you have to be
careful, because a lot of DVD media is made cheaply and will
degrade over time. This does increase our cost, but we will
never sacrifice quality for a cheaper product!

What does the miniDVD look like?
We print a custom design that matches your card, and we print
directly onto your miniDVD (we never use sticky labels which
will ruin your DVD)! It measures 80mm and is very cute!

What is the movie like?
You will love it! Your movie will be similar in quality to the
sample movies on this site, but it is customized just for you
and your family. It will be between 3-4 minutes, which is the
perfect length for all your friends and family. We are video
editors first! The movie is not an after-thought, but the focus
of our business. We want to make your memories timeless,
something you will treasure for years to come.

Will the miniDVD play in my DVD player and
computer?
Yep! If you look in your DVD player or computer, you'll see a
spot in the tray for the miniDVD. Some of the older DVD players
do not play DVD-R media, so if you want to check your DVD player
for compatibility, you can do so
here.

What kind of music will you use?
We have a library of high-quality instrumental music that works
well. We can also use any music you provide or you can let us
know what song to use and we'll buy it on your behalf.

How many
pictures can I use in my movie?
Between 20-40 pictures.

What formats do you accept for my digital pictures?
We accept almost all digital formats. The resolution should be
no less than 200x300.

Do
you accept printed photos?
We'll scan your photos for you, do minor edits (scratch removal,
red-eye removal, and cropping) for $1.00 per photo. You will
also receive a CD with the digital copies.

How
can I incorporate video footage into my movie?
We will incorporate up to five video clips at no additional cost
provided you give us the start and end time of each clip. We may
still edit the clips you provide to tell your story.

THE PROCESS |

Could you describe the process from start to
finish?
1. You fill out the order form online and pay.
2. We send you confirmation that we received your order and give
you instructions on where to send your materials. If you want
advance envelope shipping, we send you your envelopes.
3. You send us your materials (pictures on a CD or DVD, a music
CD, your video tapes, etc.)
4. We work on your movie and design your card.
5. You view your movie and card online to give approval.
6. We finalize your movie and print your cards.
7. We mail everything to you and email you the e-Greeting Card.
8. You get the cards and miniDVDs, watch your movie and are very
happy!

How do I place an order?
You can begin the ordering process by filling out the

What do I need to send to you?
After you place your order you will receive an email
confirmation from us with a "to-do list." We'll list the items
to include in your package to us. Most likely, you will send us
your pictures on a CD, a music CD, your video tapes, & the
clip log
to go along with your tapes.

How do I organize my materials and send them
to you?
Your photos should be in the order in which you want them to
appear! There are two ways of doing this with your digital
files. The first way is to rename all your photos so they are in
alpha-numeric order. For example:
100.jpg
101.jpg
102.jpg
The other option is leave the file names as they are and send
along a piece of paper that lists the order you prefer.

Will I get to see a proof of the card and
preview the movie?
Of course! We'll send you an email with a link to a private
webpage where you can preview your movie and view your card.

What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround is quick! After we receive your materials, you will
have a movie and card to preview online in 48 hours. From the
time you approve of your card and movie, everything will ship
within 48 hours. That's a four day turnaround for video editing,
card design, and printing! That's unheard of in the video
editing business!

What
are the package options?
There are three different packages:
DVD Greeting Cards--you get cards and miniDVD's
i-Link Greeting Cards--you get cards and one
keepsake miniDVD. The cards will list the internet site so your
recipients can logon and view your movie.
e-Greeting Cards--you get a keepsake miniDVD
and an email that contains a greeting card with the internet
site so your recipients can click to view your movie.

Since you are able to preview and

before we print anything. Therefore, we do not accept returns.
We encourage you to order a sample
